If you want to increase the success of your online business, article marketing is something you definitely want to include. When you use articles with the proper keywords, it will give a major boost to your internet ratings. Here are some key benefits to using good keywords in your articles:
You will begin to dominate the search engines for your niche
You will have more interested prospects visiting your website
You will be able to increase your sales and grow your business
You’ll start to notice a major increase in your profits
Now we all know the importance of using the right keywords, but here are a few steps that will help you in your marketing campaigns.
Always continue to add fresh content. You want it to be well written but not so over the top that the average person can’t comprehend your message. In other words, make them “reader friendly.”
Don’t use your article to blatantly sell your product or pitch your business. While people love to buy, they don’t like to be “sold to” if that makes sense. Be helpful in your articles by sharing the knowledge you’ve gained about your topic.
Don’t be afraid to talk about other successful people within your industry. Believe it or not, it’s actually very helpful when people can see that you’re well connected and that you yourself have been trained by some of the best.
Whatever topic you’re writing about, become an “authority figure” for that subject. The great thing is, you don’t really have to “be” and expert to come across as one. Simply read up on it, study it, learn some viable points about it, then share it with the world!
Don’t forget about the all important “Resource Box” or “Author Bio”. Keep is short and sweet and use it to point people to a place where they can find help or more information about the topic that you write about. If you have something to sell, direct them to the place where it can be reviewed closer and let your public made the decision as to whether they want to purchase or not.
This is not the “it and the all” when it comes to writing and publishing articles, but it’s a very good place to start.
If you’d like to find out more about how to actually write articles and use them to explode your business, check the link below to find out where you can go to learn more about how to market your business using articles.
USE EMAIL MARKETING TO HELP YOUR TEAM MEMBERS
AND YOUR BUSINESS FLOURISH!
BELOW YOU WILL FIND RESOURCES YOU CAN USE FOR FREE AND INEXPENSIVE EMAIL LIST MAILING.
In the world of network marketing, if you don’t have a very easy way to generate leads, your chances of making the amount of money you expected are not just slim, but next to impossible.
Would you rather have a team of people who are doing absolutely nothing with the business or a team where everybody does at least a little? A team where everybody does a little, is what separates the top earners from the little guys. And the best way to make that happen is to provide the necessary tools and resources for your brand new team members.
Once you done the work to bring new people to your team, your next step is to provide them with what they need to now begin to grown their business, which in turn grows your business. This will help you to build trust with your new team members and give them the assurance that you indeed are there to help them succeed.
It always has to go beyond just looking for a new team member. You really want to help them accomplish their own goals with this new business. Sending people useful information will build trust with you and your list because they will know that you are not just looking for a sale, you really want to help them. Believe me, gaining the trust of your new team member is priceless. If are willing to help them, they will invest in themselves as well as in you.
Yes… you definitely want to get them into internet marketing, especially if they want to move in that direction. But we all know that it will take a little time before they begin to see results with internet marketing, so what do we do? We have other systems to get them started with while they’re learning how to work with social media.
One of my favorites, and the least expensive, is using email marketing. If you have an “internet friendly” company, meaning you have a great lead capture page and a great way to get the information to your prospect, i.e., an online webinar or presentation or conference call, then this can work for you.
There is no way to build a business without contacts. And when people have exhausted their warm market, using email is one way to gain new contacts, which will turn into new team members. It’s also a system that’s extremely easy, that just about everyone can duplicate.
Using email also gets rid of all of the excuses of not knowing what else to do to grow a business. You can ALWAYS send emails to a list, and I’ll show you how.
1. Use the fact that you will start your new team members off with 1,000 leads as an incentive for them to join. If you sign up with the companies below, you will have more than enough leads to supply to your new team members. A good team leader will also have the email message already written out so all they have to do is copy and paste and send to the list.
2. Show them how to get the leads for themselves so that they can now supply their new sign-ups with the same offer.
Here are two companies that I recommend.
These leads are not as good as those that you would spend big money for, but it is still a way to get someone involved in the activity of marketing their business. Less responsive leads are better than no leads at all.
These leads are extremely inexpensive. You can get 2,000 opt-in leads and 25 surveyed leads EVERY DAY for just $20 per month. Again… these leads are sent to you EVERY SINGLE DAY!
To use this as an incentive for your new team member, all you have to do is download the leads and send them to your new team member. Then, for both systems, show them how to sign up for the services themselves.
Have you been trying to market your business through the internet lately? How much money are you making?
Internet marketing is a great way to market any business, but if you’re not making money at it, why not consider using a different method of marketing that can actually work for you. I don’t mean another “new” fangled system that we’ve just stumbled upon, but how about a system that has already proven to work for the average person who’s not an internet marketing guru.
I’m speaking of a system that is flexible, effective and can reach the group of people that you actually want to pinpoint without question. I’m talking about good old fashioned postcard marketing.
Now you may laugh… considering that there are so many “modern” ways of marketing today. You might even wonder why an experienced internet marketer would even recommend using postcards to grow a business. Well, to put it in its simplest form… it just plain works! There are thousands of people working from home, making a ton of money using nothing but simple little postcards.
Yes, I do the more popular methods of today, but what I discovered was this. While that was pretty easy for me, most of those modern methods didn’t come as easy for a lot of people that I really wanted to help.
Before I added postcard marketing as my main method of growing my business, I did do a little research. Not to mention, back in the “olden days” I actually got started in this industry using postcards. Funny how we tend to stray away to the “next best thing” when what we had already worked just fine!
Here are some of the reasons that I decided that postcard marketing was the best way to go.
1. In respect to some other systems, post-card mailings are very cost effective. You can spend just a few hundred dollars and reach thousands upon thousands of prospects and clients. Many internet marketers use the popular PPC (pay per click) method of marketing and end up spending tens of thousands of dollars. It works great, but there is a learning curve that can be very costly and will take a lot long time to master. And PPC is not a method that most people can start out using. Postcards can work for you whether you want to advertise, brand, invite, promote, sell, remind or recruit.
2. Most people will actually read a postcard with simple, good, solid ad copy. Just like you can get a great message across with a good letter, you can use a postcard to direct people to that same letter, saving you tons in mailing costs. And postcards are much better than letters. Not only are they less expensive, but your client or prospect won’t have to take the time to open up a “junk mail” envelope to get the message… which, by the way… usually never even gets read.
3. It’s very easy to put together a postcard campaign. You don’t have to collate, stuff, fold, or lick envelopes. Simply put on a stamp and a label, and you’re good to go. And if you have a really busy schedule, you can even out-source it (have someone else do it for you) for a very reasonable price.
4. You can be very specific as to who you mail your postcards to. You can actually purchase a list of people who will be exactly who you’d like to deliver your message to. This can be done with extreme accuracy when you work with a quality list broker. And I can’t think of any targeted group that you can’t find a list for.
5. Postcard marketing is so easy to duplicate. One of the biggest problems with some home-based businesses… especially MLM, network marketing and direct sales, people just don’t know how to make it work successfully. Even if you are able to recruit members for your team with an MLM business, 98% of the time, there’s no “easy” system in place for them to duplicate… and when they don’t make money, you don’t make money!
Postcard marketing systems are so easy to duplicate that anyone, with any level of experience can do it. Here are the simple steps to a good postcard marketing campaign.
1. Find a quality mailing list to rent
2. Find a quality printer for your postcards (or make them yourself)
3. Choose a consistent amount of postcards that you will mail weekly (or monthly) and stick with that number without fail. Stamp and mail your postcards.
4. Your client or prospect responds by being directed to a phone number or website
5. You follow up with those who respond
6. THAT’S IT in a nutshell
If you’re building a team for your business, imagine your entire team using this simple method of finding new team members to work with… who will also duplicate this same process. You’ll find that your business will start to grow very quickly because every will know what to do… exactly what to do. Now, doesn’t that sound a lot easier than some of the internet stuff that’s going on out there today?
Now we do understand that any successful system has those important things that you must consider… things like the list, the paper stock, the colors, size, layout and graphics, etc., but when you’re working with a good team that has this proven system already laid out, you won’t ever have to worry about those things.
If you’re wondering if a good postcard marketing system would work for you, I suggest that you find out all the information you can about it. That’s the best way to discover how simple, beneficial, and profitable postcard marketing really can be.
So here’s what I recommend you do…and with haste.
1. Find a good team that uses a simple postcard marketing system.
2. Get information about the company they promote with the postcards.
3. Plug in with them and watch success start to explode for you!
Working from home and time management sometimes doesn’t mix. When you work from home, you can experience one distraction after another. Some are avoidable and some not. We’re going to focus today on how to manage the time we DO have.
The first thing you have to remember when you have a home-based business, is that there will be no one around to tell you what to do, when to do, and quite often no one even tells you how to do it. And no one is going to tell you how to organize your time.
So how do you keep it all pulled together? Organize… organize… organize.
Everything happens “on purpose” when you work for yourself. But if you take it seriously, choosing to work from home can become the best decision you’ve ever made.
So, here are the five most important tips that I’ve found extremely helpful.
1. Minimize Your Distractions. Things like email, instant messaging with friends (non-work related) and desk clutter can cause you to have an unproductive day. I find it very helpful to “shut it down” while I’m trying to focus on my work. Distractions can kill your home-work time more than anything else. Turn it all off… (including the TV) and treat it like you would any other 8 to 5 J.O.B.
2. Plan in advance. Don’t leave your day to whatever you can come up with. Lay it all out in advance… ON PAPER… so you’ll know exactly what you need to accomplish for the day.
3. Set your priorities. Do you know exactly what you need to do to make sure that your business is successful? Write these things out in the order of importance, and then set your priorities for the day accordingly.
4. Take a Break. I know that this one might seem a little unproductive, but just like any other job; you need to give your mind a rest for a few minutes. No… not an hour or two but walk away and give your mind time to revitalize. Take a real lunch hour; just don’t forget to go back to work!
5. Stay Focused. If your family is home while you’re working, let them know when your work hours are, and that they can’t just barge in and take your time. I know that many of us choose to work at home so that we can be there, especially for the kids. But make sure that they understand that while you’re working, you should only be disturbed if it’s urgent. I’ve found it helpful to set some time during the day for them. They’ll know that between 12:00 and 1:30, it’s our time. I won’t let work interfere with their time, and they agree not to interfere with work time. It’s a very nice exchange.
Running a home-based business is very freeing, but if you’re not making the money you need, it can be frustrating. To avoid falling into that scenario… the one of not making money, remember that when you “work from home” it’s exactly that. It’s a workday. Then, you’ll enjoy it, you’ll be productive, and EVERYBODY WINS!
Print out the attached “DAILY PLAN SHEET” that can help you stay on point. It really made a big difference in the way I approached my work-at-home day. Staying on track when you work from home is not an option, but a necessity… if you want success.
Well simply put, when you have targeted website traffic, you will actually get people coming to your site that have an interest in your site’s content… which in turn, could mean money for you. And that’s good.
What’s not so good is the fact that without this internet traffic, you can get ready to bury your website, because it will quietly fade away to the dead website graveyard.
There are many great things that can happen when you have taken the necessary steps to get this much desired… (and much needed) traffic to your website. To name a few…
1.Sales: This is… first and foremost what most people want from their own sites. If you’re using your website as a business, when know one visits, business is closed.
2.Links: This is, believe it or not, one of the main sources of targeted leads. They come in the form of ad-sense links, press releases, blogs… just to name a few.
3.Free Advertising: You can get your page rank to improve when you get an increasing number of visitors. The search engines actually pick up on it. If you can get your site listed on the first few pages of any major search engine, especially Google, you will get tons of exposure to your website.
Now here’s one thing to keep in mind. Even though it’s really awesome when the search engines notice your website, it’s even more awesome when the buying public visits your site and actually buys from you. After all, links don’t produce sales. People do.
So, what’s the “magic” behind internet success and making all the money that everyone brags about? Now don’t expect a deep revelation on this one… it’s really quite simple.
DESIGN AND CONTENT… DESIGN AND CONTENT… DESIGN AND CONTENT!
Don’t ever look at your website as “finally being finished.” Why? Because a really good website is never finished. It has to breathe and evolve… almost like its alive… and it should be. Good webmasters are constantly refining their sites to stay current and up to date. New, good content is another thing that the search engine spiders and robots like. Making little changes and updates will keep them coming back every day!
You never want your site to sit and gather dust. So… your main
job is to keep it coming. Keep good information coming… keep videos and articles coming… just keep it moving!
Make your information, product, service, training… whatever you’re offering, as irresistible as possible. Keep your audience wanting more. And how do you do that? Give them what you’d want if you were visiting a site like yours. Works like a charm…
Have you ever wondered why you’re not attracting as many people as you’d like through your social media efforts?
In this post, I’d like to share with you some of the reasons this could be happening. Ask yourself these questions…
Are you consistently visible?
Your message has to be seen and heard consistently. Not every now and then, but ALL the time. You have to continuously put out new content so that you’re always current and visible.
Are you listening to what others are saying?
You’ve heard that old saying before… We were given two ears and one mouth for a reason. Whenever you go to a social gathering, you always show yourself friendly first. You mix and mingle with the guests before you start shouting about yourself.
Are you giving as much or more than you’re taking from your Social Media Community?
This one is very important. So you may be wondering… what could you possibly give? How about advice, ideas, encouragement, good news, words of appreciation to those who have given to you already… and the list could go on forever. You don’t want to get a bad rep of always begging and asking… but be a giver and watch it come back to you.
Are you joining groups that interest you?
Where will you find people to socialize with? If you love fishing but hate golf, where do you think you should go? Groups can really help you to develop in many ways, especially if the group is specific to your interests. You can always learn something that you don’t know from someone else… and what better place to connect with those of a like mind.
Do you attend events?
Especially those networking groups. What a really fun way to connect (in person) with those you share your interests. Another great way to learn and grow. You can even find some really cool events online. Find one’s that interest you and become a little social butterfly!
Do you value those that you currently work with?
When you do connect with people, what’s your experience? What’s your reason. If the befriend you, do you befriend them back? If they share with you, do you share back? When you post information, does it benefit anyone other than you? Do you realize that at the end of the day, whoever gives the most value wins? Its true.
Are you “over-killing” your media site memberships?
There are more that 3500 social media sites out there. And while its been taught that you want to be seen all over the Internet, and you do… do you realize that around 10 that you really work should be your max? And even better… just 5 to 7. That is “primary” sites that you will actually participate heavily in. Yes, go for the 50 secondary sites and automate them through ping.fm, but just use them for link building and traffic purposes. But find your “core” group of sites and don’t be a stranger. Heck, Facebook alone could keep you busy all day!!
Are you “over-monetizing” your site?
Yes, we know that there’s nothing wrong with monetizing. You SHOULD do it, but… let’s not get too carried away. Again, if you come across as trying to bleed your friends and visitors to death, they’ll stop visiting you. It’s just not a good idea to put over emphasize or be too blatant with it. Remember… focus on giving before you receive. It will take you a long way.
Do you believe that you’re just as special as all the Guru’s you see online?
Don’t fall into that trap of thinking that you’re a “nobody” just because you haven’t hit the million yet. That’s not just for other people. It can be for you too. If you can realize the greatness that you have on the inside, then social media can take you a very long way.
Are you Branding yourself strongly?
Your “Brand” is WHO YOU ARE online. Its the only way that people will get to know and remember you. Now here’s the million dollar question. What will they remember? Find your “punch line” like the ones we all remember fro TV commercials: “Where’s the beef?”, “can you hear me now?”, “You asked for it, you got it… Toyota,” and my all-time fav… “Just do It.” Wouldn’t it be great when your name is all it takes to brand you.. as in… TRUMP! Work on finding that perfect slogan or phrase to depict YOU… to brand YOU… to tell what YOU are all about.
And yes, there are a plenty of other questions we could ask, but let’s just start by focusing on these. Social Media can and WILL take you very far, but only as far as you let it.
Review this list one more time and applaud the things that you’re doing right. And for those that need a little help… you know what to do!
Have you ever wondered why some people flinch at the very mention of the word MLM?
For those of us who “get it”, we look sometimes in disbelief at those who don’t.
But then, as I thought about it, I had to go back many, many years… back to those years when I kept hearing about that “pyramid” thing. Well, that “thing” that I was also skeptical of at one time turned out to be my main bread and butter… and has been for many, many years. I also had to remind myself why so many people have a… let’s call it a ‘bad taste’ in their mouths about MLM.
It’s because someone somewhere either ‘drafted’ them in kicking and screaming and then dumped them off without a clue of what to do next. How sad, but it happens all too often in our amazing industry. It may be because they just were never told that just like a “real” job or business, you actually do have to do some things… like work. Or maybe they got caught in the hype of what just a few people had accomplished. The deal is… if any one person can do it, that means it really can be done. Right?
So, what do you look for when you’re considering starting a new network marketing business? Well, it’s rarely just the company. Yes some are good, some not so much. What’s really important is finding out what type of systems are in place to help you promote your business. Are the systems duplicable? Are they easy for most people to understand? Or… do you have to spend months just trying to understand how to market it…?
MLM is by far, the best industry in the world for the average person to make really nice money from home. When you find a solid company, a powerful compensation plan, dedicated leadership and a marketing system that works, you have stepped into network marketing heaven.
The only thing left is to do next is to not just think about it, but actually take the systems and put action to them. Do that, and you will fall in love with MLM just like I have. Don’t believe me? Once you have your very first $10,000 month, you will. And it just gets better from there!!
In network marketing, its rarely the company itself that makes the decision for you to get involved. When looking for a company to call home, always consider the system for marketing and the teamleadership. Those two major components are what will cause you to fail or succeed with a solid network marketing company.
We have reviewed the systems and compensation plans of several Network Marketing Companies. To take a look at the system that we recommend to build a business, click on the “Millions By Choice” above. The companies we work with I have reviewed and found to be very easy to promote. The products or services are excellent, the company management teams are awesome and the compensations plans are at the top of the industry.
Get the full understanding of what Social Media is all about and you’re more than halfway there.
On this page, I want to cover the most popular Social Media Sites and how they work. Here are the top 8 social media sites you need to know about:
Facebook: The world’s biggest social networking site. Members go to find other people who share the same interests or activities. You can build your own online profile and share different types of information with each other, such as pictures, videos, blog entries, links to other sites, and music clips.A good marketing strategy is to create a Facebook “Fan Page” for your business and encourage your customers to join. Then you can easily alert them whenever you have updates to share about your business.
Twitter: A “micro-blogging” social network site. Members send each other short text-based posts of up to 140 characters. When you find members whose “tweets” you like, you can subscribe to their feed and be updated whenever they send a new message.
YouTube: The ‘Net’s number one video-sharing site. Members share and comment on each other’s videos. You can post a link on your profile page can direct other people to your site. Also, the videos you share can help establish your reputation as an expert in your industry. For example, you could share a “how-to” video that shows your market how to solve a common problem. If you’re not the next Stephen Spielberg, don’t worry — your videos don’t have to be super professional. In many cases, a video shot with a regular digital camera will work just fine.
LinkedIn:The most popular business-oriented social networking site on the Web. As of May 2009, it had more than 400,000 registered users. It’s a great place to find potential business partners as well as people who may be interested in your products or services.
Digg: One of the ‘Net’s most popular news-sharing websites. Members post links to their favorite news articles and then comment and vote on the ones they like best. If you get a good rating on an article that includes a link to your site, you could see a huge rush of traffic overnight.
Stumbleupon: Wikipedia calls this social networking site a “personalized recommendation engine.” Members can explore and rate Web pages, photos, and videos. When they hit the “Stumble!” button on the site’s toolbar, the results displayed are ranked based on your previous ratings as well as the ratings of friends and of members with similar interests. If Stumbleupon members give your site or blog a good ranking, your site will be showed in their results more often, which could lead to a surge of traffic to your site.
Yelp:A popular review site where members write reviews about local businesses. If you own a local business, this one’s for you!
Delicious: A popular bookmarking site. Members save links to their favorite websites or articles — just like the bookmarks in your browser — and share those links with other people. Members can comment on each others’ links. Every comment you write links to your personal profile where you can include a link to your site. The more comments you make, the more people you encourage to visit your profile page — and the more traffic you’ll end up directing to your site.
There are many, many more with a lot of similarities, although each one has a personality of its own.
I will be continuously adding trainings to this site that will give you the basics on how to use every popular aspect of social media that exists. So check back often for the updates, or better yet, subscribe to our newsletter and you will be among the first to receive these trainings as they’re posted!
